Interesting. Drake covered the last issue of FADER and now his Young Money colleague Nicki Minaj covers the new issue of the magazine with Brooklyn-based experimental rock band, Yeasayer.
The issue hits newsstands on March 2nd.

Appearing on the Feb. 15th issue of JET is Mr. Neverson. Keri appeared on last month’s issue of the magazine. Both are also set to appear on Trey’s Yo Side Of The Bed video. Still no word on the status of that visual. Props to Gina Unfilitered.

Before Wayne’s sentencing on gun charges this coming Tuesday, the rapper appears on Issue 1098 of Rolling Stone Magazine where he speaks about his final days before reporting to the big house.
“I don’t like to stop,” Wayne tells RS‘ Chris Norris. “I believe you stop when you die.” So in the weeks before he reports to Rikers Island, Wayne is keeping busy — recording tracks bound for Tha Carter IV (the album Cash Money staffers call “C4″ because it’ll be the bomb), shooting videos with his Young Money protégés, spending time with his growing family, and deliberately not asking anyone for advice about life on the inside. “This is Lil Wayne going to jail. Nobody I can talk to can tell me what that’s like,” he says. “I just say I’m looking forward to it.” – Rolling Stone
The new issue is on newsstands today.

For an artist who’s perceived to be so multifaceted, it was interesting to see people try to put you in a box: “How could he do this? This is degrading to women!”
Drake: If you listen to the lyrics, it’s really not a romantic song. It’s humorous. Yes, it’s great to tell a woman, “You’re the best I ever had.” But the hook was so lovey-dovey that I just wanted to make the verses some fun shit. And that’s how I viewed that song. Like a good time, like a laugh.
